NexGen: An Initiative for Our Youth

Our next generation is at the heart of it all. Through NexGen, CCA FL Division and PHCMCC are developing opportunities for young people ages 14–19 to explore careers, connect with mentors, build practical skills and discover paths into entrepreneurship and community leadership. We’re inviting local businesses, educators, mentors and sponsors to help bring these opportunities to life across Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. Program and participation details are coming soon!
